No chasing needed

Confirmation came through straight away, then another email when it was sent. Tracking worked and the parcel arrived when they said it would. Nice and straightforward

Better price than elsewhere

Had a look around before buying and this was a fair bit cheaper. Arrived as expected too, so happy with that.

Actually answered my question

I emailed before ordering because I couldn’t work out which option I needed. Got a proper reply explaining the difference, rather than just a link back to the page I’d already read. Might seem a small thing but it helped me decide. Placed the order that evening and I’m happy with what arrived.

Same good service again

My first order was only a small one a few months back. That went well, so I checked here when I needed something else. Different sort of purchase this time but everything was just as straightforward. Saved me another evening of looking around!

Ordered the wrong one

Entirely my mistake, I picked the wrong option and only noticed when the confirmation came through. Sent an email and they managed to change it before dispatch. Very relieved I didn’t have to deal with returning it afterwards!

Decent value

Bought it in the sale. Happy with what I paid and it’s what I was after, which is the main thing.

Was a bit unsure at first

Hadn’t heard of Plovena before and wasn’t sure about ordering from somewhere new. Only bought one thing to start with. There was a short wait for dispatch, but they kept me updated and everything arrived as described. Happy with the purchase and I’d be comfortable ordering again.

Helpful when something went wrong

There was a mix-up with my order so I had to get in touch. Sent a photo over and they explained what would happen next. Didn’t have to keep repeating myself to different people, which I really appreciated. All sorted now

Found it online in the end

They didn’t have the one I wanted when I went into the shop, but suggested checking online. Managed to order it on the website later that day. Would have preferred to take it home there and then, but this worked out fine.

Return was straightforward

The order arrived fine but I decided not to keep it. Emailed to ask about returning it and got clear instructions. I was mostly worried about having to chase the refund, but received a confirmation once the return had been processed and the money came through afterwards. No chasing needed.

They checked for me

Had a question about something in the description. The person replying checked it for me rather than guessing, which I appreciated. Took another email to get the answer, but at least it was clear.

Exchange sorted

Needed to swap my order for a different option and thought it was going to be a bit of a faff. It wasn’t instant, but the team explained what I needed to do and kept me updated. The replacement has arrived now and it’s the right one this time. Thanks for helping me sort it out.

Cheers David

David, the owner, was very patient with my questions when I popped into the shop. I hadn’t quite decided what I wanted and didn’t feel rushed into buying anything. Went away, had a think and ordered online later.

A helpful reply after buying

Had a question after the order arrived and wasn’t sure whether I’d get much help once they’d made the sale. They got back to me with a clear answer and that sorted it. Pleased with the purchase, but that bit of help afterwards stood out.
